Major Outage: Dubai PoP

Update - StackPath is continuing to work with our transit providers in the region. Workarounds are in place to allow some traffic, but high latency is still expected until the subsea cut is repaired.

Update - Our regional transit service provider has successfully restored traffic to the affected network paths. We are actively monitoring the situation to ensure stability and optimal performance.

Customers may experience intermittent issues as our regional provider addresses a subsea cable cut. Further updates will be provided as the situation progresses.

Update - Our regional transit service provider is currently facing a major outage impacting the Dubai Pop and is actively addressing the issue.
Customers may encounter timeouts on their workloads and high latency in Dubai.

Edge Compute | Denver PoP Migration May 27, 2024 00:00 - Jun 3, 2024 23:59 UTC

In line with our ongoing commitment to improving performance and reliability, StackPath will be conducting system maintenance on our Denver Edge Compute.

On May 27, 2024, at midnight UTC, we will begin migrating our Denver Point of Presence (PoP) to enhance our Edge Computing infrastructure. The PoP is scheduled to be back online by 23:59 UTC on Monday, June 3, 2024.

These upgrades are intended to improve the performance and reliability of our systems.

Customers may experience service interruptions in Denver during the maintenance period.
